• To produce 3D models of mouse development to ECAGE so insitu data can be spatially mapped and integrated


• To show clear defined links between anatomy ontologies that can be integrated to ECAP and other atlas databases


• To demonstrate a clear role in the use of computational advancement and biological systems analysis
